As our airspace keeps filling up with more people travelling every year, a more comfortable and faster way is needed to process travellers at airports. The introduction of self service check-in points are a welcome solution for the long queues at conventional airline desks.

Kiosks are seen more and more, and IBM needs a comfortable and simple refresh of current, bulky uncomfortable kiosks.

My proposition for a new kiosk needed to be as bareboned as possible however allowing as much customization as possible.
